Launch Replay Media Catcher. It appears like this:
Click the Start Recording button. (Note: With many web-sites it is necessary to click the Start Recording button before navigating to the site. So please start recording before opening TWiT Live in your web-browser.) The button changes like this:
Launch your web-browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Chrome...) and navigate to live.twit.tv.

Play the free live netcasts you want to record from TWiT Live. Files recorded from live.twit.tv (and other web-sites) start appearing in the files list like this:
